A recent Saturday night brought a return to the Bears Den after several years. Even though it had been a while, the restaurant still offered a fun atmosphere, good food, and plenty of Hershey Bears spirit.

Hershey Bears Den: A Fun Sports Atmosphere

The Bears Den puts hockey front and center.

As soon as you walk in, the sports theme stands out. The main dining area has a floor that looks like a hockey rink, and TVs cover the walls. The restaurant had a good crowd on Saturday night, but at the same time, it didn’t feel too packed.

The table sat in a quieter room, which made dinner feel relaxed. While we ate, one of the TVs played Red Bull Splashdowns, which quickly became a favorite thing to watch during the meal.

What to Order at the Hershey Bears Den

To start, the table shared soft, warm pretzel sticks. They made an easy appetizer while everyone settled in.

For dinner, someone at the table ordered the honey BBQ wings with a lemonade.

The wings stood out as a favorite. In fact, the honey BBQ sauce may have been one of the best wing sauces we’ve tried. It packed plenty of flavor without bringing too much heat.

Meanwhile, the lemonade was decent and made a refreshing drink with dinner.

After dinner, the evening continued with a stop at the shop next to the restaurant. The group also explored more of the Hershey Lodge before heading home.

Because of that, the visit felt like more than just a quick dinner. It gave everyone a chance to enjoy more of the Hershey Lodge and see what else the area had to offer.
