A Fun Evening at the Elizabethtown Fair

Recently, we went to the Elizabethtown Fair, and we had a great time. Although it was a simple evening, we enjoyed every part of our visit.

Catching Up With Friends

First of all, one of the best parts of our visit was seeing some friends we hadn’t seen all summer.

It was so nice to catch up and spend some time together. After all, one of the best things about a local fair is seeing familiar faces. In fact, you never know who you might run into while walking around.

Because of that, our visit felt even more special. We were able to enjoy the fair while also catching up with people we hadn’t seen in a while.

Playing the Mars Candy Game

Next, we decided to wait in line for the Mars candy game.

While we waited, we watched other people play and enjoyed the excitement. Waiting in line may not sound like much, but at a fair, it can be part of the fun!

Eventually, it was our turn to play. Afterward, we continued walking around and checking out everything the fair had to offer.

Visiting the Animals

After that, we walked around and spent some time looking at the animals.

The animals are always an enjoyable part of a fair. For example, it’s fun to slow down for a little while and see them up close.

In addition, seeing the animals gives visitors a chance to enjoy the agricultural side of the Elizabethtown Fair. For families, this can be a fun way for kids to learn about animals while enjoying a day at the fair.

Time for Some Fair Food

Of course, we couldn’t leave without getting something to eat!

By that point, we were ready for a snack. We stopped at one of the food trucks and got some fries and a water.

Luckily, the fries were just what we needed after walking around the fair. Sometimes, simple fair food is all you need to make a summer evening even better.

Plus, grabbing food gave us another chance to relax before continuing our evening.
